Guiding humanity away from an inevitable unsuccessful departure of their home world would be the first that came to mind. Guiding humanity towards a better understanding of their own cyclical nature as to avoid their own self imposed destruction. A long life would ensure your ability to recognize the cycles of destruction easier than most. Good health would allow you to do something about them. I will call that thought "The Case Against Elysium".
I may romanticize the notion we are living much longer days than our physical forms may allow us to live. These days, the un-numbered days where dark matter and the opposite end of the traditional equation is balanced through an equal but just left side of our current inequitable existence. The pieces we do not yet understand become muddled when one assigns God as the arbitrator of the punishment currently placed upon us. I for one want the 6000 years of memory so I can get back to exactly what needs to be done mentioned in the opening comment of this article's debate.
